How do I pair the ELD device?

Use the driver app to scan for the assigned device and follow the pairing prompts. Make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled.

What if the app is offline?

RoadMax caches logs locally and auto-syncs once connectivity returns. Drivers can continue working without interruption.

Can I edit logs?

Yes. Edits are tracked with audit trails and must follow FMCSA rules. Manager approval workflows are supported.

How do I export logs for inspections?

Use the DOT Inspection mode from the driver app or export PDF logs from the portal.
